Our pork katsus will often have a pink hue to the meat; however, each cut of meat is cooked well-done to 160° F, well above the FDA health guidelines for pork. Refunds will not be issued for "pink katsu" unless undercooked.

At Amazing Katsu, we strive to provide our customers with the best dining experience possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your meal or if any items are missing from your order, we are here to make it right.

Reimbursement Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your meal or have missing items, we will reimburse your next meal with us.

Dietary & Allergy Concerns

All of our katsus contain some kind of meat protein (pork, shrimp, chicken). Batter may contain eggs. Breading contains gluten.

Vegetarian-friendly options will be our udons, however they do use butter & fish products (no meat, however.)

Items such as our sides, curry, & Signature Amazing Katsu are made in batches and therefore are not eligible for adjustments.
